No, it's a device from Apple, that is connected to the Apple ][
through a special interface card. In the official Apple ][ europlus
Manual (at least in the german version) there is very short
description with a picture showing the device, an Apple ][ and a
'monitor' (it's a b/w TV set :-) ) displaying the intro of the
software, that was delivered with the Apple Graphics Tablet.
