The date/time are set from the "control panel" Press Open Apple,
Control, and ESC (in that sequence and keep the former keys pressed
down until ESC is pressed). Use the arrow keys to scroll to the
appropriate selection and press ENTER.

The BASIC.SYSTEM command to set the prefix or path is "PREFIX"
Unfortunately, it is not as flexible as the "cd" command in
UNIX or MS-DOS. When you use the PREFIX command, you must type
in the complete path name
