I shipped my entire 119 issue collection of NIBBLE magazine to Art Green
(Appleton WI), who promised to pay as soon as shipping costs were known. 
Since then, he has refused to answer my e-mail, phone calls, or postal 
letters asking for payment.  Even letters addressed to his wife have gone 
unanswered.

Needless to say, he uses a telephone answering machine so that he can 
avoid confrontations with the victim of his swindle....
