Which CP/M variation?  Every computer platform which implements CP/M
tends to support its own unique physical disk format.  About the only
thing that it consistent is the directory structure (or lack thereof)
and disk space allocation techniques.

As you posted this on the Apple II group, I assume you are after Apple
II CP/M disks.  I can't help there, because I've never used CP/M on an
Apple II.  I have some 8 inch single sided and double sided CP/M disks
at work, if they might be of assistance.  :-) :-) :-)
