couple of questions

	Picked up a //e for $3 at a 50%-off clearance at Savers the
other day, I really have no space for it but I just _had_ to get it,
I figured it was more than worth it for the parts.  ...also picked up
for my friend a mystery Amiga GEN Locking (sp?) device for the same
price, but that's another story.
	The keyboard is missing 3 keys and was particularly nasty in
dust bunnies (reminds me I have to clean my original //e again soon)
but the cards:  extended 80-column, SSC, and I/O Controller.  Now my
questions...

one.  Other than the reduction in size, were there any other differences
   between the original extended80 (with the tapered end) and the newer
   business-card sized one (i.e. features, bug fixes)  Also, any
   particular reason why the middle IC is socketed?

two.  What plugs into the I/O controller?  Offhand I'm guessing the
   DuoDisk or Unidisk 5.25 (was that what it was called?)  Anything
   else?  (...going out on a limb, the 400k Mac drive I have sitting
   on the desk? *cross fingers* =^)

three.  What external keyboards are/were available for the //e.  I
   recall seeing one in nibble which from the photo looked like it was
   a retooled ADAM keyboard, others?

four.  Anyone ever tried mounting the motherboard in a PC or Mac case?
   (or in something interesting/unusual? =^)

five.  Two trains leave New York at the same time, one going north at
       60 mph, the other south at....
