Anybody heard of an AE GS RAM III?

I just saw one of these recently and was surprised I have never heard of
it before.  It is a tiny little 4 meg card, about the size of a business
card.  It uses 1 meg x 4 ZIP RAM chips, meaning two chips makes one meg.
Does anybody have experience with these?  How about a good source for the
chips?  I'm thinking of getting it, but it is only populated to 2 Megs.
