OK, you asked for it.

It's been a while since I've annoyed this newsgroup with my semi-regular
postings of my Apple II FTP and Web site list, so the whole thing is
attached below. Not all the sites listed are guaranteed to still be in
operation, but nevertheless, this should be more than enough to satisfy
your appetite for a while.

Last update: 1996/6/10

This list does not include empty directories or directories containing
only "useless" files. Also unlisted are sites containing only the
comp.sys.apple2 FAQ and sites having only Apple II emulators for other
computers (the latter are unlisted mostly because I haven't gotten around
to inspecting the sites yet).

A couple of Apple II "pirate" sites have been intentionally omitted from
this list.

Please send additions, deletions, corrections, or other useful information
to nparker@cie-2.uoregon.edu.

Moxie (moxie@oak.liii.com) has converted this file to HTML format. Point
your Web browser at http://www.liii.com/~moxie/a2ftp.html. Rolf Braun
(rolbra@grace.fwnet.com) has also done an HTML conversion, which you can
find at http://grace.fwnet.com/~rolbra/a2ftp.html.

THE BIG SEVEN (All the shareware, freeware, & PD ware you could possibly want)
=============
Site name Directory
--------- ---------
apple2.archive.umich.edu /archive/apple2
apple2.caltech.edu /pub/apple2 (formerly ftp.cco.caltech.edu)
brownvm.brown.edu (*) LISTSERV.193

sparky.nodak.edu /pub/apple2
wuarchive.wustl.edu /systems/apple2, /usenet/comp.binaries.apple2

(*) Files on brownvm.brown.edu are stored by serial number. For a human-
readable directory, send e-mail with the text "INDEX APPLE2-L" to
listserv@brownvm.brown.edu.

(**) Ground.isca.uiowa.edu is temporarily down due to a hard disk crash.
In the meanwhile, most of its files can be found on liquify.isca.uiowa.edu
in the directory /4/apple2.

Mirrors: ftp.uu.net mirrors apple2.archive.umich.edu under /systems/apple2
          ftp.interactive.net mirrors apple2.caltech.edu under

               /systems/apple2/umich.edu
	  ftp.hypermall.com mirrors ground.icsa.uiowa.edu under /pub/apple2
          ground.isca.uiowa.edu mirrors just about everybody.

If you can't get into wuarchive.wustl.edu because it's too busy, try pointing
your Web browser at http://wuarchive.wustl.edu/ instead.
If ground.isca.uiowa.edu is too busy, try telnetting to it instead.

Since some people are forced to connect to the network through services
