Hmm; I don't think the Device Driver Ref. describes printer drivers --
I'm pretty sure all the information available is in the Toolbox documentation
and technical notes.

Oh yeah... there's an article in an old issue of Develop that describes
the process.  I can't remember when it was published, however.
