The New Lynx Browser on Delphi is really good. Free WWW pages too.

No. I don't work for delphi, but I have sent e-mails to various people who work
for them, including the new owner "sbruns" and they really seem genuinely
intent on keeping older computer users on board, like us (older as in computers,
not nec. users...)...
I've been here since AOL kicked all us Apple II people off their rip-off
service and have been very content over here at delphi. When I sell or give
someone a ][ I reccommend it.

Either way, they just put up a new lynx browser which is easy to use. They
have also tossed around the idea of free web pages, so look for mine soon.
They have tons of A2 software, as well. Plus there are fun things to do
in ascii, so you won't need more than a 2400 bps modem to get around quick
(unlike ansi). Playing live trivia contests and poker and such is cool.

Here is their release on the lynx:

The Lynx 2.5 text web browser is now available directly on Delphi. This
is the newest release of Lynx, and it is faster than using a remote Lynx
server. To see our announcement letter, type GO USING ANNOUNCE and read
the most recent article. To use the new Lynx program, type GO INTERNET LYNX

Need assistance in getting your web page spruced up? How about adding
color and graphics! You can now learn to create exciting and informative
web documents at WebCentral, Delphi's new Web developilment SIG. Scheduled
training classes will soon be announced! Type GO WEB

So, for $20 for 20 hours, it ain't a bad deal, for those of you who are
thinking of using your ][ for the net. See ya' in trivia tourneys
on Sun. (9 p.m._. Mon. (10 p.m.) or Wed. (11 p.m.)... Maybe if enough
people come over we can start having LIVE discussion groups about the ][
like as use to happen at AOL years ago. That'd be nice.
