A CHOS would be a solution to many but not all problems. Notably institutions
like asimov will not go away because the attitude "I-can't-afford-it-thus-I 
steal-hey-I-even-don't-want-manuals-and-tech-support-thus-I-wouldn't-call-it-
theft" attitude is so popular.

Nevertheless, CHOS would indeed simplify a few things.
