Yes.  I think it is called "MSDOS.COPY" or similar.  It is a read-only
file copy program.

There is one major catch: to use it, you need a disk drive that is
physically able to read the disk.  This means any of:

- Apple SuperDrive (or clone) with SuperDrive card.
- Floptical with SCSI card.
- PC 3.5" drive with BlueDisk card.
- TransDrive 3.5 with PC Transporter.  (I'm not sure whether this will
  work.  An Apple 3.5 Drive connected to a PC Transporter cannot read
  MFM disks.)
