Without extra, specialized hardware on one or both sides, Apple II
and IBM PC disk formats are irreconcilably different. It's a hardware
problem that can't be solved in software.

Basic programs, or what? Should be fairly trivial, as long as the
disk is still readable. (Yes, I guess I'm volunteering... I've got my
GS next to a pentium box and can upload stuff.)
