Apple Pascal 1.1 manuals

A friend of mine recently gave me the original disks to the Apple
Pascal 1.1 system. (APPLE0-APPLE3). However, he could not find the
manuals that go with it, so I can't do much with it. Nibble Magazine
had a "Nibbling at Pascal" Series which I can use to get started, but
it would be nice to have the manuals as well. Does anyone know where
I can find them? Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the
Pascal 1.3 system?
