Sider HD system?

RM>I have an ancient Sider drive (It works, but I dont know what size it
RM>is) which I think uses a MFM drive with a Xebex bridge controller with
RM>a card that fits inside the Apple.. My question is... How big of a HD
RM>mech can I put in this??

The orginal Sider drives (blue name plate) were either a 10 or 20 MB drive.
On the Xebec controller card was a ROM that included the drive geometry of the
attached drive. As such, if your unit had a 10 MB drive you would need to
replace w/ a 10 MB device of similar geometry. If you have a 20MB device a
Seagate ST-225 will work fine.
