If you are familiar with Sam's PhotoFacts, try them.  I have the one for the
][+, //e, and //c and they are helpful for repair.  They have a 800 number,
call information for it.  See if they still have any.

Apple did make a forth system (under their Pascal system).  I don't know if
it is any good.
