Yes, I agree totally with you Simon.  It is about the best way to
announce these days but then Twitter is not exactly 100% reliable as
we have all found out over the years.  Anytime they get overloaded the
whole site goes down.


Not to mention the fact that many people have no interest in Twitter,
or even an aversion.
