Zip chip on a IIc

I recently acquired a Zip chip for my apple IIc but I have random hardware 
failures; I'm wondering if there are some conflicts with the z-ram  ultra 1 
ram card and a IIc with a 3.5" drive rom.
For the moment I have dissasembled the cpu and made some test, it seems like
a wrong contact somewere because the computer hangs when I move it, but if
I put the original 65c02 it works fine.
Any hints ?
