Screen blankers for both ProDos and GS/OS

Could somebody, please, answer two questions I have?
a. My "UltraBlanker" screen blanker, activated on both ProDos8 and
GS/OS, has been accidentally deleted and I wonder where I could possibly
find it again.
b. Can Twilight II be configured to blank the screen on both ProDos and
GS/OS? If the answer is yes, how can that be done?
