There is no IIc+ technical reference manual per se, but the second
edition of the Apple IIc Technical Reference Manual includes IIc+
coverage. This second edition is still in print and sold by Byte Works,
8000 Wagon Mound Drive NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120, U.S.A. Price is
US$30, with postage in the U.S. and Canada US$5 extra. The most recent
email address I have for them is MikeW50@AOL.COM.

By the way, your IIc Technical Reference Manual may be marked as the
second printing. This is earlier than the second edition noted above.

I've been thinking about ordering that second edition reference manual
myself, but $35 is a lot more than I'm used to paying for 8 bit Apple II
books. I guess I just have to think of it as a rare book purchase :).
