Re: Apple II or Mac?

A while back, I ran into an old friend of mine, a guy I used to work with
almost 20 years ago. As we started talking, I said that I'd been working
with my Apple II computer, and he said that he also had an Apple II. Of
course I asked which model Apple II he used, and he said "an Apple LCII."
"Oh," I said, "you mean you own a Mac." "No, no, no," he said, "it's an
Apple LCII."

It actually took me a few minutes to explain that - despite the fact that
he thought he owned an Apple II - he owned a Mac. And the thing is...I
bet similar conversations must happen every single day ;-)
