Card still unidentified....

I'm still trying to identify the card that is pictured at 
http://www.augustana.edu/identify.  The card has a 34-pin ribbon
cable with an RJ45, DB25, and two RCA-type jacks.  The RJ45 and
RCA jacks are on a seperate mini-board and use 9 out of the 25
lines coming from the card.  The other 25 go to the DB25.

Ideas?
