(By the way: try to restrict your lines to around 70 characters. It
makes quoting the message much easier.)

Add another controller card. A Disk ][ controller card (or UniDisk
5.25/DuoDisk controller card) can only support two 5.25" drives. The
same applies to the IIc, IIc+ and IIgs disk ports - you can only have
a total of two 5.25" drives (including the internal one in the case of
the IIc).

Apple 3.5 Drives and SuperDrives are also limited to two per
controller (two of either type, or one of each type).

The UniDisk 3.5 is the only floppy drive supplied by Apple which
allows the use of more than two on a single controller. The only
limit will be due to electrical reasons (signal drive, cable
inductance, power supply, etc.)

I've already listed out which drives are supported by the various
controller cards, so I won't repeat myself here.

That is mainly a matter of making an appropriate adaptor cable,
provided the drive at the end of the chain has a daisy-chain
connector, or the controller card has a free connector for drive 2.
