Need More PCT Help

I finally got the PC Transporter system disk, now I'm at a loss as to how 
to use it.  I ran AEPC.SYSTEM, but it just froze up my GS, although when 
I did a reset, ProDOS and GSOS recognized the PCT as a RAM disk at least.

Can someone tell me step by step what to do here?  I mostly want to use 
the PCT to transfer files from the GS to an MS-DOS machine.  I'm running 
on 1.25 megs, a single 3.5" drive, and GSOS 5.04, no hard disk.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
