It's for a ][ if it is a duodisk. Now if it's really a duofile, it is for
Apple IIIs and quite rare I expect. It uses the same twiggy disks as the
early Lisas.

As far as a card to run a duodisk goes, any of the 5.25 cards with a DB19
connector should do.
