Sider on a RamFast

 I am trying to connect my 10 meg Sider (SASI) to my RamFast SCSI card.
 
 I know that the card supports SASI drives.
 My problem is the cable connection.
 The Sider has a DB-37 connector and the RamFast has a DB-25 connector.
 I guess I need to either make or buy an adapter cable.
 Has anyone ever done this?   If so please help me.
 
 I'd like to get the wiring diagram for the cable that I need.
 
 Where in the chain should the Sider be placed?
 
 Will I need to use the terminator that is now on the Sider?
 
 Please help me.    :-)
