I just picked up a SupraExpress 28.8 modem. The nice thing about it
is that is has no power brick, it gets power from the ADB port. The
sucker is small too, about 1/4 the size of my Zoom 14.4. I tried it
out with ProTERM 3.1, but could only get a remote connection to 21600.
May have been line noise that day. About $159 from MacWarehouse.
It does not support CallerID and FlashROM upgrades like the more
expensive Supra modem. Comes with software for the Mac. I wonder if
Supra even knows that is modem will work on the GS?
