You don't.  It's a "google group" ie a web-based forum that uses the
same interface that google uses to access the newsgroups.

Since there was an aversion to Antoine's announcing of this crack on
here, we have created a group on Google just for Apple ][ series
related announcements at http://groups.google.com/group/csa2announce
The group postings can be any Vintage Apple related announcement
(Apple-1, Apple II Series, and Apple ///)

This new group is for announcements only and will be moderated by Sean
Fahey and Bill Martens so as to prevent spammers from inundating it
with garbage.  If you have a new project or item you would like to
post, please join the group and feel free to post the item.
