Hello,
This subject is marginally related to the Apple II, and has
nothing to do with the computers itself. A strange thing has been
happening as of late, having to do with some of the posts up in CSA2.
Someone with the email address of: misty@idirect.com (name is Sid
Spulberg, or Stulberg) forwarded to me a while back about 9 posts that
related to the question someone was asking about Softdisk GS. I wrote
back to the person, asking them why and received no reply. So I decided
what the heck and I bounced back the messages to the email address.
End of story? No. One day about a week ago, while in my email
account, the message I had written to the person was forwarded to me
again. I wasn't too thrilled about it, so I bounced it right back
immediately. Then later while I was still on, I received a written
message from the person saying that he didn't know how the messages were
getting to me and that he had nothing to do with it. Pardon me if I was
a bit skeptical about it.
Well, looks like I had reason to be, as tonight after getting home
from work, I found myself staring at 13 MESSAGES relating to the topic of
"New Apple II" here on csa2 in my email, all forwards from
misty@idirect.com.
My school has already suggested I write root@idirect.com and file
a complaint, and I wrote one today and have not received a reply.
I'm curious, because misty@idirect.com posted a forwarded message
on csa2 as well. I am curious to as if anyone else has had this happen
to them and what can you do about it? I had a feeling it might be our
old buddy Cold Fusion, but I don't know that.
If you have anything to write, please post it or email it to me.
Thanks a lot!
-Don
