SSM Apple ModemCard Info Needed

I've just acquired a 300 baud internal modem for the Apple ][ and I'd 
like to use it as a phone dialer.  I didn't get any documentation for the 
card.  Does anyone have the spec's for an "SSM Apple ModemCard" (1982 
vintage)?  I suspect that it's a Micromodem ][ look-alike, but I believe 
it can do tone dialing where the Micromodem ][ couldn't.
