turing machine...who cares? 2

	turing's paper was published in
		1938
	however,
	the ideas were kicking around
	english academic circles before then...
	by
		1939
	this reached
		bell telephone laboratories
where a group was developing automated binary
	arithmetic systems for actual, practical,
		calculations...
the features of turing's proposal regarding
		arithmetic operations
were studied with great interest there and,
on review, were viewed to be comedic...

	in fairness...
	reasonably,
turing himself, would not have proposed these
	for a practical system...
	this not withstanding...
turing's machine was of little practical...
	or theoretical interest...

in advanced groups advancing such development!
