Seetings or a Titan accellerator board

Hi!

I just found a Titan accelerator in my attic.  I put it in my IIe 
(unenhanced) but it's either not set up right, incompatible, or
dead.  The IIe shows vertical white bars on the screen with the card
in slot 3.  (I'm guessing this is where its supposed to go).

There is a set of DIP switches as well as a bunch of jumpers on the 
board.  Does anyone know how to set this thing up?  I have a DISK ][ 
card in slot 6, I moved my CMS SCSI into slot 7.  There aren't any
other cards in the machine, since I don't use it much in favor  of my
IIgs.  There is an 80-column card in the AUX slot... NOT enhanced, just
the 1k 80 column card.

Anyone have any ideas?
