Apple IIe Commands

I just got this Apple IIe Emulator called "IIe" for my Mac LC and I was 
wondering if there is a place on the net where I can find a list of Apple 
IIe commands and instructions on very simple Apple IIe procedures, such 
as opening, saving and executing files and programs.
