I haven't seen too much in the public domain for printing graphics from a IIe.
The best package I'm aware of od Triple Dump from Beagle Bros. It includes
code and docs to use it from your own software. I believe Quality Computers
is closing out the last copies they have. You might give them a call at
1-800-777-3642 and see if they have any copies left.

As for Merlin, give Roger Wagner Publishing a call at 1-800-497-3778 and see
if they still sell it. The last time I called them they were pretty
preoccupied with the Mac and PC versions of HyperStudio, but after looking a
bit they did still have their Apple II stuff.

An alternative might be available from the ByteWorks. Give them a call at
1-505-898-8183 and ask for a catalog.
