Not true - it handles images that use standard RWTS and replaces DOS
RWTS with a serial RWTS on the fly. So you can boot a DOS (probably
not ProDOS yet) disk over the serial connection and use it. IIRC
writes are not yet supported though.

That's true ... but hopefully a driver could do it. ProDOS has a
ramdisk driver, so surely GS/OS could handle a serial disk driver.
