Disk's ID

A new person recently took over our Apple Club's disk library.
Looking through the disks he found one that appears to have
something to do with PrintShop, however, none of PrintShop GS,
SuperConvert or Convert 3200 are willing to load the files.

Disk name: PSL.NEWPS5 (PrintShop Lovers . New PrintShop?)

I vaguely remember something named this from Big Red. If so, the
disk doesn't belong in our PD library - but that is another
question.

The files in the GRAPHICS folder have the following
characteristics:

 etc.
PIC.W7     2K        User #5

We would appreciate any help you can give in identifying this disk.
