TM was written by Etienne and some other guy I believe, with some heavy (at
least moral-wise) support from Francois Uhrich. Brainstorm was not developing
it but only licensed it when it was basically finished.

Brainstorm owned the exclusive rights for Europe all the time. Seven Hills was
selling only within the Americas, Nairobi and Swaziland (!=Switzerland) and
eventually some other Apple II-flooded country.
