NO! You were ripped. Call and complain and ask for your money back.
It isn't your fault that the order taker didn't understand the HUGE
difference between 2.0.1 and 2.1.

I loaded a .SHR file, triple clicked the marquee, selected "flip
horizonal, got the message, "Cannot undo...," selcted OK and my IIgs
froze.
Who do we send bug reports to? I've never seen Matthew Rhymer's name
on the net.
Who the hey were the beta testers that let such a blatent bug through?
Have they considered calling on Doctor Kvorkian? Are they willing to
post their names to the net? (I think not.)
