Apple Thermal Printer

A friend just recently inherited an Apple Thermal Printer (part of a //c
setup, originally) and was wondering three things:

1) Are there Macintosh drivers available for this beasty?
   Specifically, she is running 7.0.1 on a Mac+.

2) What does this thing look like in software?
   Physically, it resembles an Imagewriter.

3) Are paper/supplies for this thing still available?
