This bug seems to have been fixed as of 2.0.1. I tried both
full-window and full-screen flips.

With very few exceptions, Platinum Paint sticks to the 'What you see
...' rule, especially when operating in a window. It is possible to paste
full-screen and even larger selections by going to full-screen mode before
'setting' the selection on the target document.
Note: My tests were done with Auto Select and Full-Screen Undo active.
There is no question that PP still does not like to deal with very
large Cut/Paste selections. Sometimes the program will bomb (freeze-up).
There is a 'big selection' bug.
Despite such glitches, Version 2.0.1 is certainly a significant
improvement over 1.0.5. 'Warts and all', Platinum Paint is a very good
graphics utility and, easily, the best IIgs painter. Perhaps the
programmer, Matthew Reimer, will do some fixes and release the patches.
