     Very well. However, it is only fair to inform you that just last year
the International Newsgroup Forum (meeting in Helsinki, Finland)
considered certifying a comp.sys.appple3rookies group. Mac and PC
delegates united to defeat the proposal citing the need for "responsible
oversight". As a result, all Apple III users were placed under the
stewardship of comp.sys.apple2.

    Your best shot at getting a rehearing is to file a Junior Delegate
petition with a sympathetic member of the csa2 Unusual Subgroups
Governance Committee. Once you've been registered as a JD, you will be
permitted to present your case at the Summer '96 INF. Good luck!
