You would press Solid Apple-S (or Option-S on a IIgs) while in the
REVIEW/ADD/CHANGE mode of the file you want to save.  Also if you've
patched AppleWorks to switch the functions of OA-S and OA-CTRL-S, you
should use OA-CTRL-S in the above macro instead of OA-S.  This is only
one way you could accomplish the task.  Furthermore I haven't actually
tested it, so beware.
