Nibble Copyright?

So...

	Now that Nibble (or even MindCraft) no longer exists, who holds
the copyrights to their programs (I assume the authors do). How can I go
about obtaining copies of their old software programs that were only
advertised as being available (Directory Master, Key Perfect 4.0/5.0,
GALE, etc...), or even some of their book/disk sets (Your Apple Games
Gallery, and Your Apple Games Gallery II)? Is there some other reseller
that took over any extra inventory MindCraft may have had when they went
under?
