Hm, I don't know that I've ever heard of SoS at all.

I used to have a disk with all of Apshai, Datestones of Ryn, Rescue at
Rigel and Morloc's Tower on it. But for instance, I read a lot of
Creative Computing magazine around that time, and have a lot of old
issues of the mag, and still don't remember ever seeing a game
advertised in there with that title. But of course that could just be
because it was never a game I had.
