Please Help ID These Cards

I'm starting to get back into the Apple II and so I bought a big box of 
various cards at a garage sale.  Most of them I recognize.  Here are some 
I need help with.  I would really appreciate if someone could tell me 
about these cards (what they are, how to use them, etc.).  

- TAXAN.  It says Model 410-80.  Another part of the card says Video-7.  
- ECHO II
- INTELLIKEYS
- PPC-100 Tackler

If you need to know more about the cards, let me know.  I'd like to 
figure out what to do with these.  I can't decide if I want them until I 
know what they do.  Also, if you're interested in purchasing one, 
convince me I don't want it and make me an offer.
