Whoa! Apple's n'Oranges. AW 4.3 and 5.1 are completely different from AWGS.
All versions of Classic AppleWorks get along fine on a IIGS with 1.25 Mb of
RAM. As for AWGS be sure you're using v1.1. I had a LOT of problems with 1.0,
but produce a newsletter for many years with v1.1 on a stock ROM 01 GS with
1.25 Mb of RAM and GSOS v5.4. It may need a tad more room using GSOS v6.0.1,
but I long ago installed 4 Mb of ram in all my GS's.
