Internet Phone software

Since this type of software is apparently becoming quite popular, has
anyone written a version that we can run on our IIgs machines? I'm not
quite sure how it would all function without GStcp. However even with a
dial in account, a 28.8, specialized software and perhaps an additional
piece of software that would run on your UNIX host it could be done, no?
