Want to use ][+ as TTY

Can anyone tell me how to use a ][+ and an applecat modem as a TTY or
TDD.  I think the baud rate for TDD is like 30 baud.  Not 300, but 30!  I
am sure the modem was able to do it, but I don't have any software to do
it with.
