Try this:
http://mirrors.apple2.org.za/ftp.apple.asimov.net/utility/do2po_v0.1.sit.hqx

The input filename must end with .do and be in the same directory as
the do2po program. Not user-friendly but gets the job done.

You could modify the included source code.
