File-A-Trix uploaded

I still couldn't get into caltech, so I uploaded v1.1.1 to the upload 
directory on ground.  Not sure if it took it, though; it didn't appear 
with a dir or ls.

I also posted it as a binary to cba2.  If it's screwed up please forgive, 
as it's my first attempt at a binscii upload.  I used the GScii+ NDA with 
the default settings.
