Yep.  Last year I had to look for such a product myself, as my keyboard's
left ADB socket was growing unusably flaky.  Someone recommended to me an
"ADB Y-adaptor" that works like this:

to keyboard ------------\
                         >------ to GS
   to mouse ------------/

I've forgotten the real name of the product, but that should give you an
idea of what to look for.  I picked it up at a local computer retailer.
I'm sure it was designed with the Mac in mind, but it works fine with my
GS.
